Arizona Stillwater Fly Fishing Trips Coming Fall 2026

Over the last year, Frenchie Fly Fishing has continued to expand opportunities for anglers looking to experience some of Arizona's best trout waters. From Oak Creek and the Rim Creeks to private water access and the White Mountains, our goal has always been to provide memorable days on the water while showcasing the incredible diversity of Arizona trout fishing.

This fall, we're excited to announce the next step for Frenchie Fly Fishing: Stillwater fly fishing trips are coming in Fall 2026.

These new guided trips will give anglers the opportunity to target trout from a boat on some of Arizona's premier lakes and reservoirs while enjoying a completely different style of fishing than our traditional river and creek trips.

Stillwater fishing offers: opportunity for larger trout, comfortable fishing from a boat, great fishing for beginners, access to water that can be difficult to effectively fish from shore, and unique techniques compared to river fishing.

Planned destinations include Becker Lake, Big Lake, Woods Canyon Lake, Willow Springs Lake, Dogtown Lake, and additional seasonal destinations. Each lake offers unique opportunities depending on time of year, water conditions, and trout activity.

Stillwater trips will be designed for anglers of all experience levels — whether you're brand new to fly fishing, looking to improve your skills, a seasoned angler wanting to learn lake techniques, or planning a fishing adventure.

Trip dates, pricing, and availability will be announced later this year. To be added to the Stillwater Trip Interest List, contact Frenchie Fly Fishing at (928) 202-0200 or [email protected]. Spots will be limited during the initial launch season, and early list members will have the first opportunity to reserve dates.
