Policies & Cancellations
Please read these policies before booking. By completing your reservation you acknowledge and agree to all terms below.
Payment
- Full payment is required when booking.
Cancellations
- Cancellations received 30 or more days before the trip receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received 14–29 days before the trip receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received fewer than 14 days before the trip are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Rescheduling
- One reschedule is permitted with at least 14 days' notice. The new trip must occur within 12 months.
- Once rescheduled, the booking becomes nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled again.
No-Shows & Partial Groups
- No-shows receive no refund.
- No refund or price adjustment is provided when a booked angler cancels within 72 hours or chooses not to participate.
Full-Day Trip Lunches & Food Allergies
- Full-day trips include lunch unless otherwise stated.
- Dietary restrictions and food allergies must be disclosed at least 72 hours before the scheduled trip.
- While reasonable accommodations will be attempted, Frenchie Fly Fishing cannot guarantee an allergen-free meal or environment.
- Guests with severe or life-threatening food allergies should bring their own lunch and carry any prescribed emergency medication.
Extenuating Circumstances
- Travel problems, illness, and personal scheduling conflicts are treated as customer cancellations.
- If Frenchie Fly Fishing cancels because of unsafe conditions or unavailable access and cannot provide a suitable alternative, customers may choose a full refund or reschedule.
Guest Conduct & Prohibited Items
- Pets are not permitted on any guided trip.
- Alcohol and drugs are not permitted before or during any trip.
- Firearms and weapons are not permitted.
- Destructive or unsafe behavior is not permitted at any time.
- Harassment or aggressive conduct toward the guide or other guests will not be tolerated.
- Arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.
- Frenchie Fly Fishing reserves the right to terminate any trip without refund if these policies are violated, in accordance with our cancellation policy and liability waiver.
Pre-Trip Requirements
- A signed digital liability waiver is required from every participant and must be completed at least 48 hours before your scheduled trip.
- A copy of your valid Arizona fishing license must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled trip. Licenses can be purchased at license.azgfd.com.
- Failure to complete either requirement by the 48-hour deadline may result in the trip being forfeited without a refund.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
- Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted by email or text and become effective when received.
- By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
