
Trips are not considered fully confirmed until all balances are paid, in accordance with our booking policies. Please also be aware of our cancellation policy, and ensure that you sign the liability waiver for a smooth experience.
All participants are required to complete a liability waiver no later than 48 hours prior to the trip, in accordance with our booking policies. This requirement ensures that all necessary documentation is finalized before your scheduled trip time. Failure to complete the waivers by this deadline may result in cancellation of the trip, as outlined in our cancellation policy, without a refund. All participants must have a completed waiver on file prior to arrival—no exceptions.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as per our booking policies.
• Cancellations made 30+ days prior to your trip will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 14–29 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days will not receive a refund.
Please note that no-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable under our cancellation policy. Additionally, all guests may be required to sign a liability waiver.
Our booking policies allow for a one-time rescheduling with at least 14 days notice, subject to availability. Please also be aware of our cancellation policy, which includes the requirement of a liability waiver.
Trips begin at the scheduled time. Please be aware that our booking policies state that late arrivals will result in a shortened trip duration, and according to our cancellation policy, we do not offer refunds or extensions for missed departures. Additionally, participants must sign a liability waiver prior to the trip.
All invoices must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to your trip date, in accordance with our booking policies. For any bookings made within 7 days of the trip, full payment is required no later than 48 hours before the trip. Additionally, all add-ons (including extra anglers and lunches) must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to your trip to avoid cancellation. Any unpaid add-ons will be automatically canceled and will not be available on the day of your trip. Please note that we are unable to accommodate last-minute additions within 48 hours of your trip due to our cancellation policy. Final payment deadlines are essential to comply with Forest Service permit regulations and the liability waiver.
Trips run rain or shine. If conditions are deemed unsafe by your guide (such as lightning or flooding), you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund in accordance with our booking policies. Please note that weather-related decisions are made at the sole discretion of the guide, and are subject to our cancellation policy. Additionally, all participants are required to sign a liability waiver.
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are not permitted as part of our booking policies:
• Pets
• Alcohol or drugs
• Firearms or weapons
• Destructive or unsafe behavior
• Harassment or aggressive conduct
• Arriving under the influence
Frenchie Fly Fishing reserves the right to terminate any trip without refund if these policies are violated, in accordance with our cancellation policy and liability waiver.
