Trips are not considered fully confirmed until all balances are paid.

All participants are required to complete a liability waiver no later than 48 hours prior to the trip.

This requirement ensures all documentation is completed before your scheduled trip time.

Failure to complete waivers by this deadline may result in cancellation of the trip without refund.

All participants must have a completed waiver on file prior to arrival. No exceptions.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made 30+ days prior to your trip: Full refund
• Cancellations made 14–29 days prior: 50% refund
• Cancellations made within 14 days: No refund

No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

One-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 14 days notice, based on availability.

Trips begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in shortened trip duration and will not be refunded or extended.

All invoices must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to your trip date.

For bookings made within 7 days of the trip, full payment is due no later than 48 hours prior to the trip.

All add-ons (including additional anglers and lunches) must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to your trip.

Any unpaid add-ons will be automatically canceled and will not be provided on the day of the trip.

We are unable to accommodate last-minute additions within 48 hours of your trip. Final payment deadlines are required to comply with Forest Service permit regulations.

Trips run rain or shine.

If conditions are deemed unsafe by your guide (lightning, flooding, etc.), you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Weather-related decisions are made at the sole discretion of the guide.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are not permitted:

• Pets
• Alcohol or drugs
• Firearms or weapons
• Destructive or unsafe behavior
• Harassment or aggressive conduct
• Arriving under the influence

Frenchie Fly Fishing reserves the right to terminate any trip without refund if these policies are violated.
